We recommend the following flow when going through these discussions, however;
always do what feels best for your learning. 1. Download the MP3 Invocation to your phone and listen to is before it bed or in your car or before your start writing. 2. Download and print the Author PDF Activation Invocation and speak it out loud anytime you are feeling tired, overwhelmed, when you need inspiration or clarity. 3. Watch each Video Module first and take notes in a dedicated notebook, journal or notepad. 4. Download and print the worksheets and work through them AFTER you've watched the videos. (Doing it in this order gives your mind time to work through the information you've heard and while taking notes and will help you integrate those A-Ha moments and intuitive downloads into the worksheets more clearly.) 5.
